When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, company, email, WhatsApp number, country or region, project requirements, selected product, variant, or solution, and the page from which you contacted us.

7. Retention
Inquiry records and partner applications are retained for 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Technical logs are retained for 90 days. The backup schedule retains 30 daily backups and 12 monthly backups. Records are then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by an applicable legal obligation.

The website may use hosting, content management, database, email, object storage, security, and infrastructure providers acting under appropriate access controls. The final provider list and applicable agreements must be confirmed before publication.

Website and inquiry data may be processed in jurisdictions different from the visitor's location. Applicable safeguards and production data locations must be confirmed before publication.
